  • Competitive Pay: Reviewed annually in line with market rates to ensure continued alignment
     
  • Pension Scheme: Employees are eligible to participate in a group personal pension towards which the company will make a competitive contribution. In addition, easyJet also operates a “Salary Exchange” to maximise any personal contributions you wish to make to the scheme. You can exchange some of your salary and in its place the company will make the equivalent contribution. This saves you National Insurance contributions. easyJet will also have made a National Insurance saving, half of which will then be credited to your pension
     
  • Performance Driven Annual Bonus: Personal and company performance are reviewed to determine an individual bonus payment. The bonus percentage payment is at a high level
     
  • Employee Share Schemes: easyJet is keen to enable employees to become shareholders in the business and operates both a Save As You Earn (SAYE) and a Buy As You Earn (BAYE) approved share plan. easyJet has, on regular occasions, issued free shares to employees
     
  • Staff Travel: Unlimited staff travel on the entire easyJet network is available for easyJet employees, their dependents and up to three nominated companions
     
  • Staff Offers: An extensive range of services and products are available at discounted rates; including hotel accommodation, gym membership, and travel insurance
