We must be able to contact all of your previous employers and confirm your work history with them. It is important that you have access to all this information before you start your application form. If you cannot provide a referee for any time in the last 5 years you will not be able to gain an airside ID pass.

This process will involve 2 way communication between you and the ID department. Communication will be via email and telephone so you must ensure that you can be easily contacted at all times.
