Madrid Salary

A cabin crew member's salary is comprised of a number of different elements:

  • Basic pay Basic pay is the fixed non-flight related element of the salary.
     
  • Daily flight duty pay You will receive a daily rate that is based on an international flight or a domestic day. If you have a split day between domestic and international flights the payment will be on the basis of the majority of your flights.
     
  • Uniform allowance Cabin crew are required to pay for their initial uniform, the cost of which is deducted in installments directly from their salary.
     
  • Language payments Fluency in both Spanish and English is a requirement of the role. easyJet appreciates the skills that language speakers bring to the company and as such will make a payment for fluency in recognised additional languages.
     
  • Commission Cabin crew are entitled to receive commission on items that they sell from the easyKiosk.

Madrid Benefits

  • Staff travel Unlimited staff travel on the entire easyJet network is available for cabin crew and three nominated companions.
     
  • Holiday entitlement Cabin crew in Madrid have an entitlement of 36 days leave, which includes an allowance for public holidays.
     
  • Car park at airport You are provided with free car parking at Madrid airport.
