Salary
A cabin crew member's salary is comprised of a number of different elements:
- Basic pay Basic pay is the fixed non-flight related element of the salary.
- Sector pay is payable for each sector, or flight, that is flown as cabin crew. The amount payable is dependent on the crew member's rank and also the length of the sector.
- Overnight allowance is payable if, for operational reasons, you are required to spend a night away from base in a hotel provided by the company.
- Language payments Fluency in both French and English is a requirement of the role. easyJet appreciates the skills that language speakers bring to the company and as such will make a payment for fluency in recognised additional languages.
- Commission Cabin crew are entitled to receive commission on items that they sell from the easyKiosk.
Benefits
easyJet also offers cabin crew the following benefits:
- Staff travel Unlimited staff travel on the entire easyJet network is available for cabin crew and three nominated companions.
- Holiday entitlement Cabin crew in France have an entitlement of 25 days leave.
- Car park at airport You are provided with free car parking at French airports or a contribution towards transportation costs to and from work (where applicable).
