easyJet is like one big family - literally. My friends and I are even god parents to children whose parents we first trained with.

Before you attend an assessment day:

Where are we recruiting for? / When will we be recruiting for (base)?
Please monitor the website carefully and regularly as this will always have the latest information advising you of our current vacancies.

How do I apply?
Please use the 'Apply Now' prompt throughout the website to complete an online application form. This is the only type of application form we accept.

Can I apply for more than one base at a time?
No you are not able to; however please contact Flight Crew Recruitment if you wish to change your base at any time. You must be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to be based in.

Can I send my CV to you?
We do not accept any other form of application other than our own online application form. Please apply online from this website.

Am I too old to apply for Cabin Crew?
Our age criteria ranges from 18 - 65 so if you meet our minimum requirements, you fit within this age bracket and you have all the qualities we are looking for, you will be considered for an available position with us.

What are our Cabin Crew criteria?
Please read the website information, you must meet our minimum requirements before applying for a position.

Do easyJet assist with any travel or accommodation costs for assessment days?
Unfortunately easyJet are unable to assist with any costs incurred by attending an assessment day with us.

Have you received my application form?
When you submit an application form to us, you will receive an automated email telling you we have successfully received it. Please check your emails and update your contact details regularly.

I applied XXX months/ weeks ago and still haven't heard anything?
If you have not heard from us within 6 months this means unfortunately we do not have any available positions at your base. After 6 months your application will be deleted and you will need to reapply. You may want to change your base on your application form (you must be able to speak the native language of the country and English if you wish to do this).

My application / Assessment Day outcome was unsuccessful, what can I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide individual feedback about unsuccessful applications. We do look for certain competencies and you must fulfil all our criteria to a high standard. We recommend that you improve in any areas you feel may need to be strengthened and you are then able to reapply in 6 months time.

I can't get back into my application form, what can I do?
If you cannot remember your log-in details, please use the 'forgotten your password' prompt on the log-in page. Your password will then be emailed to you. Your password is the series of numbers and letters which you were originally issued at the time of your application, it is not the answer to your secret question.

I cannot get back into my application due to an error on the system what can I do?
If there appears to be a system error on your application which is not linked to your log-in details, please email details of the problem to easyjet@bond.co.uk

After you have been offered a position with us:

When will I get my contract and reference information?
You will receive your contract up to 4 weeks before your course and you need to return it no later than 3 weeks before your start date.

When will my references be applied for and how long will this take?
The more detail and research you have put into researching your career history and your references, the sooner they will be finalised. You will be expected to log on to our ID system within 7 days of being offered a position with us.

When will my flights for the training course be booked?
You will receive this information in the Course Handbook about your flights and accommodation for the training course. You will receive this handbook any time up to 1 week before your training course starts so do not worry if you have not received it before this time.

What time will my course start?
You will receive this information in the Course Handbook you receive any time up to 1 week before your training course.

When are my days off during training?
You will receive this information in the Course Handbook you receive any time up to 1 week before your training course.

I am having trouble receiving documents what can I do?
A lot of our information to you will be via email, please make sure that your email account is correct on your application form and that it is able to receive large files. If it is very full you may need to empty your account.
