We’re now offering experienced pilots the opportunity to join us through three different entry routes:

There are a number of different routes that experienced pilots can take to join easyJet, either direct entry or through our preferred service providers. Please review the entry routes below and keep an eye on the website for any future announcements.

A320 type rated

  • ATPL (Frozen)
  • Min 1000 TT Hours with 500 Hours A320
  • Right to live and work in Europe
  • Airline environment experience
  • UK EASA licence (or converted by start date)
  • Class 1 unrestricted medical
  • Min. ICAO Level 4 with requirement to get to level 6 within 12 months

Non-type rated (Civilian)

  • ATPL (Frozen)
  • Min 1500 TT Hours
  • Min 500 hrs. 5700kgs Multi-Crew & Turbine experience
  • Right to live and work in Europe
  • Airline environment experience
  • UK EASA licence (or converted by start date)
  • Class 1 unrestricted medical
  • Prepared to self-sponsor type rating
  • Min. ICAO Level 4 with requirement to get to level 6 within 12 months

Non-type rated (Military)

  • ATPL (A) (Frozen)
  • Min 1000 TT Hours
  • Current IR
  • Right to live and work in Europe
  • UK EASA licence (or converted by start date)
  • Class 1 unrestricted medical
  • Prepared to self-sponsor type rating
  • Min. ICAO Level 4 with requirement to get to level 6 within 12 months

Due to the number of responses we have received, our pilot recruitment for 2014 is currently closed whilst we assess the applications.
