In this section you'll find everything you need to know about our assessment procedures and how to be a success throughout our recruitment process.
In order to be successful it's important to present yourself well at every stage of the process.
Before starting your application with easyJet, you must ensure that:
If your online application is successful you will be sent a link to an ability test. The ability test is designed to assess your verbal reasoning skills and you will have to option to complete this in your own language. More information will be provided at this stage.
Our assessment centres are held at one of our bases across the network by invitation only. We invite up to 40 people and all assessment activities are held on the same day. We anticipate the day to last up to 8 hours in duration.
If you see your chosen base advertised on the current cabin crew vacancy page then it is likely that we will be running an assessment centre near you in the near future so for the opportunity to be invited you need to apply as soon as possible.
You will receive informative presentations throughout the day; we will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions directly to the recruitment team and the easyJet cabin crew. We will be looking for you to get involved and show your enthusiasm.
During the day you will be asked to participate in a number of group exercises. These are fun, yet informative exercises and this is our opportunity to see your behaviour in a group scenario.
If you have performed well throughout the assessment centre you will be invited to a personal interview. Now it's our opportunity to learn more about you. During the interview we will be looking for skills relevant to the role of cabin crew and you are required to provide specific and detailed examples from your work history, which demonstrate the required competencies which are explained on your assessment day. Please see our interview tips below on how to create the best possible impression.
